Estimate before you scope

Real numbers, not a sales call. A software development cost calculator, an ERP vs custom software comparison, and a team size estimator, all free, all built on the methodology our own estimators use.

How to Use These Tools

Get a defensible number in five minutes

These calculators exist so you can walk into any vendor conversation, including one with us, already knowing the realistic range. Here is how to get the most out of them.

Which tool should I start with?

If you already know you want custom software, start with the software development cost calculator to get a realistic range and timeline. If you are still weighing a ready-made platform against a bespoke build, run the ERP vs custom comparison first, since it can change the question the cost calculator needs to answer. Use the team size estimator when you are staffing a project or sanity-checking a vendor's proposed team.

How the numbers are produced

Each tool uses the same starting inputs our internal estimators use: project type, feature complexity, integrations, compliance needs, and timeline pressure. The output is a range with stated assumptions, not a single false-precision figure. Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere; the tools run entirely in your browser.

What the results are good for

Treat the output as a budget-setting and vendor-vetting instrument. If a proposal lands far below the calculator's low end, ask what was cut: usually testing, project management, or post-launch support. If it lands far above the high end, ask what justifies the premium. Either way, you are negotiating from a baseline instead of a blank page.

What they deliberately don't do

No tool here replaces discovery. Legacy data migrations, third-party API constraints, and regulatory requirements like SAMA or TRA compliance can move a real estimate meaningfully, and a five-minute form cannot see them. When your decision is close, the honest next step is a scoping conversation, not a more elaborate calculator.

Got a range from the calculator and want a real proposal against it? Send us your scope and we’ll turn it into a written estimate with the assumptions spelled out.
